Clinical Effect of Emergency Surgical Treatment of Delayed Splenic Rup-ture Caused by Thoracic and Abdominal Trauma
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of emergency surgical rescue in patients with delayed splenic rup-ture caused by thoracic and abdominal trauma. Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with delayed splenic rupture caused by thoracic and abdominal trauma admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into conventional group and study group by different treatment methods,43 cases in each group. The conventional group and the study group were treated with surgical and non-surgical methods respectively. The rescue results of the two groups were compared, including the severity of trauma, treatment, pain, complications, and treatment efficiency. Results There was no significant difference in the total effec-tive rate of treatment and the severity of trauma between the two groups(both P>0.05).The blood transfusion volume of the study group were(2.04±0.85)U,which was less than that of the conventional group, and hospitalization time was(20.82±1.76)d,which was longer than that of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=8.745,20.370,both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 0.00,which was lower than 9.30%in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.195,P=0.040).The pain de-gree score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=7.819,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with delayed splenic rupture caused by thoracic and abdominal trauma,non-surgical treatment can reduce the pain and complications of the patients, with significant curative effect.
