Comparison of Anesthesia Effect of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia and Intravenous Inhalation Anesthesia in Children with Cerebral Palsy Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia combined with cerebral palsy(CP)in children. Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Shandong Reha-bilitation Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by double-blind method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given sevoflurane inhalation anes-thesia,and the observation group was given intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia. The adverse reactions, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation indexes between the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of post-operative chills in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 22.22%in the control group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.22%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).15 min after tracheal intubation, the heart rate of the two groups decreased, but the heart rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the blood oxygen saturation of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with cerebral palsy surgery, the combination of static and inhalation anesthesia has low incidence of chills and adverse reactions, and better heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, which has a posi-tive effect on ensuring the smooth operation.
