Clinical Study on rb-bFGF Combined with CO2 Fractional Laser in the Treatment of Facial Acne Depressed Scars
Objective To explore the application value of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)combined with CO2 fractional laser treatment in patients with facial acne depressed scars. Methods A total of 120 children with facial acne depressed scars admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University(Wuxi Children's Hospital)from April 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups us-ing the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was additionally treated with rb-bFGF.The two groups were compared on symptom improvement,Echelle d'Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d'acne(ECCA)score, kolcaba comfort score questionaire(GCQ),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)level,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level and adverse reactions. Results The edema subsidence time in the observation group was(1.56±0.53)d,which was shorter than(1.81±0.52)d in the con-trol group, the scab formation time in the observation group was(9.62±1.67)d,which was shorter than(11.02±2.17)d in the control group, the erythema subsidence time in the observation group was(14.40±4.15)d,which was shorter than(16.44±4.02)d in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=2.608,3.960,2.735,all P<0.05).The ECCA score, the level of TNF-α,and the level of IL-1β of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the GCQ score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion rb-bFGF combined with CO2 fractional laser has a significant effect on the treatment of depressed scars, can quickly improve clinical symptoms, and the treatment process is safe.
