Clinical Application Value of Labetalol in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension
Objective To analyze the practical value of introducing labetalol medication regimen in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods A total of 76 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the obstet-rics and Gynecology Department of Taizhou Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with basic symptomatic medication+labetalol,while the control group was treated with basic symptomatic medication only.The improvement of blood pressure,blood flow rhedogy and quantita-tive index of 24 h urinary protein indices of 24-h urinary proteins,adverse reactions and maternal and infant out-comes of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of blood pressure in the observation group was bet-ter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood flow rhedogy and quantitative index of 24 h urinary protein indices of 24-h urinary proteins in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The natural delivery rate of observation group(84.21%)was higher than that of control group(52.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.769,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension,the combination of labetalol medica-tion regimen is effective and safe.
