Clinical Value of Modified Yuye Decoction Combined with Xiaoke Pills in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome
Objective To analyze the value of modified Yuye+Xiaoke Pills in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods Clinical data of 75 type 2 diabetes patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome treated in Dongchangfu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Liaocheng City from December 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to treatment methods,they were divided into normal group and comprehensive group.37 cases in the normal group were treated with Xiaoke pill,and 38 cases in the comprehen-sive group were treated with Yuye decoction.Blood glucose index,symptom score,treatment effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,all blood glucose indexes in the compre-hensive group were lower than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment total effective rate of the comprehensive group was 97.37%,which was higher than that of the normal group(81.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.219,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Yuye Decoction+Xiaoke Pills are highly safe and can produce a strong blood sugar regulation mechanism,which can alleviate symptoms and improve the effectiveness.It is more suit-able for type 2 diabetes with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.
