The Effect of Combined Application of Early Rehabilitation Training and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Children with Cerebral Palsy Com-bined with Language Development Disorders
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation training and transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)combined application in children with cerebral palsy(CP)combined with language development disorder. Methods A total of 90 children with CP combined with language development disorder treated in Tongliao City Hospi-tal from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received early re-habilitation training, and the study group received TMS treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical effi-cacy,Frenchay dysarthria assessment and Gesell Developmental Schedule(GDS)scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than that of the control group(71.11%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.874,P<0.05).Frenchay dysarthria assessment score and GDS score in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of early rehabilitation training and TMS in treating children with CP combined with language developmental disorders is effective in improving their language function and phonological ability, promoting intellectual development.
