老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗有效率研究

摘要
目的 分析急诊内科治疗对老年重症心力衰竭的影响.方法 选取2020年6月—2022年6月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的60例老年重症心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按掷骰子法分为基础组、治疗组,每组30例,基础组行传统治疗,治疗组行急诊内科治疗,比较两组治疗情况.结果 治疗组有效率高于基础组(96.67%vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).治疗后治疗组左心射血分数、心排血量、心脏指数高于基础组,6 min步行测试高于基础组,B型利尿钠肽、心功能纽约分级低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗组不良反应总发生率为6.67%,低于基础组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 急诊内科治疗能提升心功能,调节代谢状态,防控不良反应,提升有效率,可促进老年重症心力衰竭的转归.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of emergency internal medicine treatment on senile severe heart fail-ure.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with severe heart failure in Wuzhong People's Hospital of Suzhou from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into basic group and treatment group by the dice method,with 30 cases in each group.The basic group received traditional treatment and the treatment group received emergency internal medicine treatment.Treatment outcomes between two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the basic group(96.67%vs 80.00%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output and cardiac index in the treatment group were higher than those in the basic group,the 6-minute walking test was higher in the treatment group than that in the basic group,and B-type diuretic natriuretic peptide and New York Heart Association Functional Classification in the treatment group were lower than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in the treat-ment group,lower than 26.67%in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Emergency internal medicine treatment can improve cardiac function,regulate metabolic state,prevent and con-trol adverse reactions,improve efficiency,and promote the outcome of severe heart failure in the elderly.
