Diagnostic Value of α1-microglobulin,C-reactive Protein Combined with Urine Albumin-to-creatinine Ratio in Early Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),C-reactive protein(CRP)com-bined with urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio(UACR)in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Two hundred patients with simple diabetes admitted to Tai'an 88 Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as observa-tion group A,two hundred patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected as observation group B,and one hun-dred and twenty healthy physical examination personnel were selected as control group. All subjects were measured by α1-MG,CRP,and UACR.And the diagnostic value of α1-MG,CRP and UACR in early diabetic nephropathy was analyzed. Results α1-MG(38.92±8.02)mg/L,CRP(4.06±1.13)mg/L and UACR(38.14±7.52)mg/g in observation group B were higher than those in control group and observation group A,and observation group A was higher than control group, and differences were statistically significant(F=362.467,572.042,729.165,all P<0.05).The accuracy(86.54%),specificity(88.75%)and sensitivity(83.00%)of α1-MG and CRP combined with UACR in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy were higher than that of single detection. Conclusion For patients with early diabetic ne-phropathy,early diagnosis and treatment should be carried out,and α1-MG,CRP and UACR have certain indicative roles in early diabetic nephropathy.
