Role of Coagulation Test Indexes in the Clinical Diagnosis of Diffuse Intra-vascular Coagulation
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of coagulation test index on diffuse intravascular coagulation. Methods A total of 93 patients with diffuse intravascular coagulation admitted to Tai'an 88th Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.According to the pathological characteristics of the patients, they were divided into high coagulation stage(n=30),low consumptive coagulation stage(n=36)and secondary hyperfibri-nolysis stage(n=27).Another 58 healthy subjects who went to the hospital for physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.Blood coagulation index test was performed on all subjects and the results of blood coagulation test were compared. The diagnostic value of single and combined coagulation tests was evaluated by re-ceiver operating characteristic curve. Results The oagulation test index between the observation group and the control group was compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The international normalized ratio of patients in the hypercoagulable phase was higher than that of the other two groups, and the levels of partial activated prothrom-bin time, fibrinogen content, thrombin time and prothrombin time were lower than those of the other two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The area under curve of the combined detection was 1.000,with sensitivity of 100.00%and specificity of 100.00%,and the diagnostic value was the highest. Conclusion Com-pared with a single index, the combined coagulation test index is more valuable in the diagnosis of diffuse intravascu-lar coagulation and has reference value in the diagnosis of disease stages.
