Effect of Praprofen Eye Drops Combined with Artificial Tears in the Treatment of Dry Eye Disease in Sanatorium Staff
Objective To explore the effect of praprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye disease in sanatorium staff.Methods A total of 50 cases of dry eye convalescents in Dalian Rehabilitation and Sanatorium Center from June to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the random distribution method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial tears,and the study group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears.The therapeutic effect,subjective symptom score,tear film rupture time and fluorescein staining score of the two groups of dry eye convalescents were compared.Results The total effective rates of the study group(96.00%)was bet-ter than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153,P=0.042).The scores of subjective symptoms and fluorescein staining in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.988,8.303,both P<0.001).The tear film rupture time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.852,P<0.001).Conclusion Praprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of dry eye disease.
