Application and Detection Rate of Biochemical Immunoassay in Patients with Kidney Disease
Objective To analyze the application and detection rate of biochemical immunoassay in patients with kid-ney disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected renal diseases admitted to the Hengyang First People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. All patients were diagnosed by immuno-assay and biochemical immunoassay, and pathological examination was used as the gold standard. The positive detec-tion rate and diagnostic efficiency of different test methods were compared. Results The positive detection rate of bio-chemical immunoassay was 96.00%,which was higher than that of immunoassay(84.00%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=8.000,P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of biochemical immunoassay were higher than those of immunoassay, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of kidney disease patients, both immunoassay and biochemical immunoassay can play a certain diagnostic effect, but the latter is more accurate, has a higher positive detection rate, and has better efficacy.
