Clinical Value of β2-MG,BUN,CysC and SCr in Renal Function Injury
Objective To analyze the application value of various indexes in renal function injury. Methods The clini-cal data of 100 patients with renal function injury admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected as the observation group, and the clinical data of 100 healthy people who received physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The indexes of the two groups and the indexes of patients with different types of renal function injury in the observation group were com-pared.Results The levels of β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum cystatin C(Cys-C)and se-rum creatinine(SCr)in the observation group were(5.61±0.47)mg/L,(12.67±2.50)mmol/L,(2.29±0.27)mol/L and(184.59±7.15)μmol/L,respectively,they were significantly higher than those in the control group(2.29±0.59)mg/L,(5.26±1.32)mmol/L,(0.82±0.35)mol/L(89.67±9.28)μmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=44.013,26.211,33.255,81.024,all P<0.05).With the deepening of the degree of renal function injury, the levels of β2-MG,BUN,CysC and SCr in patients with different types of renal function injury were significantly increased, and the differences were statistically significant(r=0.564,0.338,0.451,0.875,all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of β2-MG,BUN,CysC and SCr of patients with renal function injury will change abnormally, and the levels of β2-MG,BUN,CysC and SCr will increase correspondingly with the deepening of renal function injury.
