Occurrence of Adverse Reactions and Clinical Evaluation of Sequential Treatment of Symptomatic Intracranial Artery Stenosis with Severe Cere-bral Infarction with Butylphthalein
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of sequential application of butylphthalein in patients with symptomatic severe intracranial artery stenosis and cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 116 patients with symptom-atic intracranial artery severe stenosis cerebral infarction admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital of Shandong Prov-ince from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into refer-ence group and observation group by double-blind method, with 58 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide sequential therapy. The reha-bilitation efficiency, vascular endothelial function, neurological function index, neurological deficit score and inci-dence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 94.83%,which was significantly higher than 82.76%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.245,P=0.039).After treatment, the vascular endothelial function, neurological func-tion index and neurological deficit score of the observation group were better than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of butylphthalein com-bined with conventional treatment in patients with symptomatic severe intracranial artery stenosis and cerebral infarc-tion has a definite effect, the safety is high.
