Objective To investigate the effect of aluminum phosphate gel combined with triple therapy on serum gas-tric hormones in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer patients.Methods 97 patients with HP-positive pep-tic ulcer admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(48 cases,triple therapy)and study group(49 cases,triple therapy+aluminum phosphate gel)according to random number table method.The ulcer healing rate,Hp clearance rate,recur-rence rate,gastric hormone and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The ulcer healing rate of the study group was 93.88%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=5.538,P<0.05).Hp clearance rate of 91.84%and recurrence rate of 4.08%in the study group were better than 75.00%and 16.67%in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,somatostatin(SS)was increased,motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of ad-verse reactions in the study group was 6.12%,compared with 10.42%in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(χ²=0.591,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer,the combination of aluminum phosphate gel and triple therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect.
