Clinical Effect Analysis of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension
Objective To study the value of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods 72 hypertensive patients admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital of Oriental Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups randomly with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium.The treatment efficiency,blood pressure before and after treatment and occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.891,P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were detected before treatment and the differ-ences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).The blood pressure of both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of hypertension can enhance the treatment efficiency,better control of blood pressure,and did not enhance the incidence of adverse reactions.
