Study on the Effect of Combined Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Disease with Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide in Hypertensive Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the value of implementing valsartan+hydrochlorothiazide treatment for hyperten-sive heart disease.Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to Yutai County General Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into general group and study group according random number table method,46 cases in each group.The general group received valsartan treatment,and the study group received hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the general group.Blood pres-sure,cardiac function indexes,curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and cardiac function between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and cardiac function indexes of the study group were better than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment the study group(97.83%)was higher than that of the general group(82.61%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.434,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.35%,lower than 19.57%in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The regimen of val-sartan+hydrochlorothiazide can rapidly reduce blood pressure,improve cardiac function,reduce adverse reactions,so that hypertensive heart disease patients can be effectively and safely treated.
