Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Circum-areolar Incision Breast Fi-broid Excision
Objective To analyze the value of circum-areolar incision application in breast fibroid excision and its in-fluence on the treatment effect.Methods A total of 82 cases of breast fibroid excision treatment patients admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study object,and they were divided into the control group(41 cases,radial incision)and the observation group(41 cases,circum-areolar in-cision)by the difference of the incision.The perioperative indexes,recovery of the local sensory function,and scar for-mation and complications occurred were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time,less bleeding,less pain,shorter healing time and hospitalization time,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The local sensation recovery normalization rate of the neurological fumction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The scar formation score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 24.39%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.479,P<0.05).Conclusion Making a circum-areolar incision in breast fibroid excision can ensure faster,safer and more effective surgery,improve postoperative recovery,ensure the aesthetics of the incision,and prevent multiple com-plications.
