Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum INHB,IGF-1,VEGF and E2 in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum inhibin B(INHB),vascular endo-thelial growth factors(VEGF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and estradiol(E2)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 40 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Hulunbeier Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study group, and 40 people who had a health check-up during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum indicators, detection level, expression difference of serum indicators in different severity of PCOS were compared, correlation between insulin resistance in-dex and serum INHB,IGF-1,VEGF and E2 were studied. Results The levels of INHB(185.96±42.05)pg/mL,VEGF(913.46±94.36)ng/L,IGF-1(164.23±18.54)ng/mL,E2(198.28±34.62)pmol/L in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=10.226,15.103,12.710,4.657,all P<0.05).The levels of serum INHB,IGF-1,VEGF and E2 in severe patients were higher than those in mild and moderate pa-tients,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Serum indexes INHB,IGF-1,VEGF and E2 were positively correlated with the disease of PCOS patients(r=0.356,0.419,0.486,0.512,all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum inhibin B,vascular endothelial growth factor,insulin-like growth factor-1 and estradiol are all highly expressed in PCOS,which can provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
