Effects of Sacubitril Valsartan on Residual Renal Function and Left Ven-tricular Mass Index in Initial Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To investigate the effects of sacubitril valsartan on residual renal function and left ventricular mass index in initial hemodialysis patients. Methods 60 patients who came to Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine for initial hemodialysis from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to whether or not sacubitril valsartan was used, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received basic treatment, while the observation group added sacubi-tril valsartan on the basis of basic treatment.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results After treat-ment,the levels of albumin and hemoglobin prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the levels of biochemical indexes and renal function indexes were lower than those in the control group, and the cardiac function indexes were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(23.33%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.920,P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsar-tan can effectively improve the laboratory indexes of initial hemodialysis patients, improve patients'residual renal function and the left ventricular mass index.
