Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection Combined with Alteplase Intra-venous Thrombolysis on Clinical Prognosis and Expression of Oxidative Stress in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ginkgo biloba extract injection and alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction ad-mitted to Shunyi District Airport Hospital,Beijing from November 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects,and were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each by random number table method. The conventional group and the study group were treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy and ginkgo biloba extract injec-tion combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy, respectively, and the treatment results were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase in the study group were(6.17±1.06)µmol/L and(120.66±10.73)U/mL,respectively,which were better than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.224,6.834,both P<0.05).The neurological function score of the study group was 4.51±1.07,which was lower than 7.84±1.68 of the conventional group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=10.963,P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors, hemodynamic indexes and cerebral blood flow in the study group were better than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy(ginkgo biloba extract injection+alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy)can improve the expression level of oxidative stress, reduce the degree of neurological impairment, increase cerebral blood flow, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction.
