Effects of Rebamipide Combined with Anti-Hp Quadruple Therapy on the Levels of PG,Gastrin and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Objective To analyze the effect of combination of rebamiphene and anti Helicobacter pylori(Hp)qua-druple therapy in Serum pepsinogen,gastrin,and inflammatory factors of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 112 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=56)by applying the randomized envelope method.Both groups were treated with anti-Hp quadruple therapy,and the observation group was simultaneously combined with rebamipide.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and the levels of serum pepsinogen(PG),gastrin and inflam-matory factors were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the level of PG and gastrin of the observa-tion group increased,while the level of inflammatory factors decreased comparing with the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(98.21%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.350,P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Rebamipide combined with anti-Hp quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can effec-tively elevate serum PG and gastrin levels and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
