Clinical Efficacy of High-frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Patients with Alcohol Addiction and Alcoholic Psychobehav-ioral Disorders
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with alcohol addiction and alcoholic psychobehavioral disorders. Methods A total of 80 patients with alco-hol addiction and alcoholic psychobehavioral disorder admitted to Xuzhou East Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by red and blue ball method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxazepam and compound vitamin B,and the observation group was treated with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, cognitive function and addiction status of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The Lovingston oc-cupational therapy cognitive rating scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of the compulsive drinking scale and impulsive behavior scale were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation helps to reduce addiction in patients and improve their impulsivity and cognitive function.
