Application Analysis of Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Severe Heart Failure Combined with Renal Failure
Objective To explore the clinical effects obtained after continuous blood purification therapy on patients with severe heart failure combined with renal failure.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with severe heart fail-ure combined with renal failure were retrospectively selected from Zichuan District Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023,and were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.Reference group(36 cases)was treated with conventional hemodialysis method.Study group(36 cases)was treated with continuous blood purification method.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of the study group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.571,P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement in cardiac function,vital signs,and renal function in the study group were better than those in the reference group,respectively,and the difference were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical patients with severe heart failure combined with renal failure during the treatment,the effective implementation of continuous blood purification therapy can enhance the efficacy of patients and improve the series of indicators.
