Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Daily Living Ability and Motor Function of Hemiplegic Patients with Stroke
Objective To analyze the effect of application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on improving daily living ability and motor function in hemiplegic patients with stroke.Methods The clinical data of 110 hemiplegic pa-tients with stroke admitted to Laigang Group Laiwu Mining Company Limited Staff Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment mo-dalities,55 cases in the control group(conventional treatment)and 55 cases in the observation group(comprehensive rehabilitation treatment).The daily living ability,motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The score of daily living ability of the observation group was 80.13±6.85,higher than 70.56±6.57 of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.477,P＜0.001).The motor function and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for hemiplegic patients with stroke can obtain significant results,which is conducive to improving the ability of daily life as well as motor function.
