Study of Disumab Injection Combined with Exercise Intervention in the Treatment of Senile Postmenopausal Osteoporosis
Objective To analyze the effect of disumab injection combined with exercise intervention in the treatment of senile postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO).Methods 60 elderly PMO patients admitted to Liuhe District People's Hospital of Nanjing,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with thirty cases in each control group and observa-tion group. The control group received exercise intervention, and the observation group was treated with disumab injec-tion on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, including bone metabo-lism indexes[osteocalcin(OC),precollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide(PINP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)],knee joint function(Lysholm knee joint score)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.705,P<0.05).After treatment,OC level in observation group was higher,PINP and BALP levels were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,Lysholm knee joint scores were higher and VAS scores were lower in the observation group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Disumab injection combined with exercise intervention has a good effect in the treat-ment of elderly patients with PMO,which can improve bone metabolism indexes, improve knee joint function and re-duce pain degree.
