Clinical Value of Polaprezinc Combined with Omeprazole in the Treat-ment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Caused by Peptic Ulcer
Objective To analyze the effect of Polaprezinc granule combined with omeprazole on upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer treated by the gastroenterology department of Funing County People's Hospital from January 2017 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by envelope method,with thirty cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with Polaprezinc granule combined with the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and symptom scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.043,P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P＜0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Polaprezinc granule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by peptic ul-cer has an ideal therapeutic effect,improves the symptoms and prognosis of patients,avoids the incidence of adverse reactions.
