Clinical Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Beprost So-dium
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of beprost sodium tablets on diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 100 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group by odd-even grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with beprost sodium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,in-flammation and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.358,P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-1β in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(all P＜0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of beprost sodium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is significant,which can improve the related indexes and improve the kidney function.
