Clinical Safety of Laparoscopic Radical Prostatic Cancer Resection Treat-ment in Patients with Early Localized Prostate Cancer
Objective To analyze the value of laparoscopic radical resection for early localized prostate cancer.Meth-ods A total of fifty-six patients with early stage localized prostate cancer admitted to Lanling County People's Hospi-tal from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into open group and endoscopic group by random drawing method, with twenty-eight cases in each group.Radical laparotomy was performed in the open group and laparoscopic radical laparotomy in the endoscopic group.Urinary status, biochemical indexes and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The residual urine volume and bladder compliance during fill-ing period in the endoscopic group were lower than those in the open group, and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than that in the open group, the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The indexes of insulin-like growth factor-1,vascular endothelial growth factor and prostate-specific antigen in the endoscopic group were lower than those in the open group, the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of operation,get-ting out of bed and discharge in the endoscopic group were shorter than those in the open group, and the amount of in-traoperative blood loss was lower than that in the open group, the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the endoscopic group was 3.57%,lower than that in the open group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.250,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery has high safety, can prevent various complications, correct urodynamic level, regulate metabolic status, restore vascular function, and improve the prognosis of early localized prostate cancer.
