Therapeutic Effect of Joint Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Exercise-induced Knee Joint Injury
Objective To study the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on exercise-induced knee joint injury. Methods A total of A total of seventy-four patients with exercise-induced knee joint injury admitted to Pingdu People's Hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with thirty-seven cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy alone, and the observation group was injected with sodium hyaluronate through joint space on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, pain and knee joint function of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.30%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.553,P=0.032).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of Japanese orthopaedic association scores(walking ability, downstairs ability, flexion ability and comprehen-sive ability)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Joint injection of sodium hyaluronate and rehabilitation therapy in patients with exercise-induced knee joint injury can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, effectively reduce the pain of pa-tients,and promote the functional recovery of their knee joint.
