Comparison of Efficacy of Routine Craniotomy and Minimally Invasive Trepanation and Drainage for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the value of choosing between routine craniotomy and minimally invasive trepana-tion and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of eighty-two pa-tients with HICH treated in Wenshang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with forty-one cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive trepanation and drainage. The operation, prognosis and complication rate of two groups were compared.Re-sults The surgical and prognostic indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(34.15%)was lower than that of the control group(58.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ 2=4.904,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing minimally invasive trepanation and drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients can reduce the degree of nerve damage, shorten the treatment and rehabilitation time, and improve the over-all curative effect.
