Analysis of the Treatment Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Pa-tients with Gallbladder Stones Accompanied by Chronic Cholecystitis
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy(LC)for patients with Gallstone(GS)combined with Chronic Cholecystitis(CC).Methods A total of 88 patients with GS and CC treated in Jingshan People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given Minilaparotomy Cholecystectomy(MC),and the observation group was given LC.Perioperative in-dexes,inflammatory factors,liver function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Periop-erative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(2.27%)was lower than that of the control group(13.64%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.880,P＜0.05).Before surgery,there was no statis-tical significance in inflammatory factors and liver function between the two groups(all P＞0.05).1 day after surgery,inflammatory factors and liver function in the observation group were better,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion LC for patients with GS and CC can reduce complications,reduce inflammatory re-sponse,optimize perioperative parameters,and is not easy to damage liver function,which is worth clinical reference.
