Evaluation of Accuracy of Imprinted Cells in Rapid Pathologic Diagnosis of Breast Tumors During Surgery
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect and accuracy of imprinted cells in rapid pathologic diagno-sis of breast tumor during surgery. Methods From August 2022 to October 2023,a total of one hundred patients with suspected breast tumors treated in Shouguang People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.Fresh tumor tissue samples of all patients were sent for intraoperative examination, and pathological examinations were performed,includ-ing frozen sections and printed cells.Based on the postoperative pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard, the value of the above rapid pathological diagnosis in different operations was analyzed. Results Postoperative patho-logical diagnosis showed that among the 100 suspected patients,48 cases were positive, while frozen section and im-printed cell diagnosis showed positive cases in 50 cases and 48 cases, respectively. There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the detection rate of the two groups(P>0.05).The specificity(96.15%),accuracy(96.00%)and sen-sitivity(95.83%)of imprinted cells were higher than those of frozen sections(76.92%,78.00%,79.17%),the differ-ences were statistically significant(χ2=8.254,14.323,6.095,all P<0.05).Conclusion Imprinted cells has high speci-ficity,accuracy and sensitivity, which can better guide the targeted treatment.
