Evaluation of the Efficacy of Application of Combined Hysteroscopic Lapa-roscopy Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Incision Diverticulum
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the application of combined hysteroscopic laparoscopy surgery for the treatment of uterine incision diverticulum.Methods Forty-eight patients with uterine incision diverticulum admit-ted to Xiangya Changde Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected for analysis.Following the random sampling grouping method,24 cases treated with transvaginal surgery were categorized into the comparison group,and 24 cases treated with combined hysteroscopic laparoscopy surgery were categorized into the treatment group.The dif-ferences in treatment efficacy between the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the operation time of the treatment group was longer than that of the comparison group,but the postoperative ventilating time and postopera-tive vaginal bleeding time were shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The healing of in-cision diverticulum in the treatment group was better than that in the comparison group,and the improvement of men-struation in the treatment group was better than that in the comparison group,and the treatment efficacy of the treat-ment group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the treatment group was 4.17%,which was lower than 25.00%in the compari-son group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.181,P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined hystero-scopic laparoscopy surgery for the treatment of uterine incision diverticulum can reduce the area of incision diverticu-lum,or even the diverticulum completely disappeared,improve the therapeutic effect,and be able to effectively allevi-ate the adverse symptoms of the patients,and at the same time,this surgery can shorten the time of postoperative vent-ing and vaginal bleeding,and reduce complications.
