Evaluation of the Application Effect of Focused Ultrasound Therapy+Kangfuxin Liquid Therapy in Vulvar Intraepithelial Non-tumor-like Le-sions
Objective To evaluate the application effect of focused ultrasound therapy+Kangfuxin liquid therapy in vulvar intraepithelial non-tumor-like lesions.Methods Fifty-six patients with vulvar intraepithelial non-tumor-like lesions treated in Xiangya Changde Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the randomized table method,with 28 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with microwave therapeutic instrument,and the observation group was treated with focused ultrasound therapy+Kang-fuxin liquid.Compared the treatment effect of each group.Results After treatment,the symptoms and signs score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The treatment effectiveness of 100.00%in the observation group was higher than 78.57%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.720,P＜0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of focused ultrasound therapy+Kangfuxin liquid can make the itch-ing symptoms of patients with vulvar intraepithelial non-tumor-like lesions relieved,and at the same time,it can im-prove the effectiveness of the treatment,maintain a good quality of life,and reduce the situation of complications.
