Analysis of the Effect of Corbrin Capsule on Urinary Osmotic Pressure,Uri-nary Protein and PCX,B7-1,β2-MG and NAG Levels in IgA Nephropathy
Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with valsartan on urinary osmotic pres-sure,urinary protein and urinary podocytoid marker podocalyxin(PCX),urinary podocytoid B7-1 molecule(B7-1),β 2-microglobulin(β2-MG),N-Acetylglucosamine(NAG)levels in IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Methods A total of seventy-four IgAN patients treated in Linqu County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study object,and divided into treatment group and control group with thirty-seven cases in each group by treatment method.The treatment group was treated with Bailing capsule combined with valsartan,and the control group was treated with oral valsartan alone.Both group treated for 2 months.Urinary osmotic pressure,uri-nary protein level,renal tubule injury index,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,urinary osmolality in treatment group was higher than that in control group,and urinary protein level was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The levels of PCX,B7-1,β2-MG and NAG in treatment group were lower than those in con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the treatment group(94.58%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.164,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can protect the renal function of IgAN,effectively reduce urinary protein and alleviate proximal renal tubule injury,with few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference.
