Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Percutaneous Endoscopic Inter-laminectomy Combined with Core Muscle Training on Postoperative Pa-tients with Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous endoscopic interlaminectomy combined with core muscle training on postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of eighty-six cases of lumbar disc her-niation admitted to Tianshui 407 Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by treatment method, with forty-three cases in each group. The obser-vation group underwent percutaneous endoscopic interlaminectomy combined with core muscle training, while the con-trol group underwent traditional operation combined with conventional rehabilitation training.Surgery-related indexes, clinical efficacy, lumbar function, quality of life score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.242,P<0.05).Before treat-ment,there were no statistically significant differences in functional impairment index, treatment score evaluated by Japanese orthopaedic association and quality of life score between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment, both groups were better than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of surgery and core muscle training can promote the recovery of lumbar function and reduce the degree of pain, which is worth clinical reference.
