Effects of Group-mode Rehabilitation Training on Motor Function and Living Ability of Post-stroke Patients
Objective To analyze the effects of group-mode rehabilitation training on motor function and living ability of post-stroke patients. Methods Sixty post-stroke patients admitted to Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were purposefully selected for the study, and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 30 cases each according to different rehabilitation modes. The control group adopted conventional rehabilita-tion training, and the observation group adopted group-mode rehabilitation training.Compared the living ability, motor function, cognitive function and social function of the two groups. Results The score of daily living ability was 70.09±5.16,the scores of upper limb and lower limb motor function were 41.34±5.12 and 30.12±4.74 in the observa-tion group, which were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.590,3.896,4.036,all P<0.05).The cognitive function scale score and social function scale score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Con-clusion For post-stroke patients, group rehabilitation training helps to enhance their living ability and motor ability, and can improve their cognitive and social functions.
