Analysis of the Value of Cranial CT in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Hemor-rhage
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of cranial CT in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,120 patients with suspected cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Beijing Anding Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were non-randomly selected as the research objects. All of them were examined by craniocerebral CT to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of craniocerebral CT on cerebral hemor-rhage disease and the diagnostic coincidence rate of craniocerebral CT on cerebral hemorrhage in different locations. Results The sensitivity of craniocerebral CT in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage was 98.33%,the accuracy was 98.33%,the specificity was 98.33%,and kappa=0.967.Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed by sur-gery,including 15 cases of lobar hemorrhage,10 cases of thalamic hemorrhage,16 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage,8 cases of cerebellar hemisphere hemorrhage and 11 cases of brainstem hemorrhage. The total coincidence rate of cra-niocerebral CT in the diagnosis of cerebral lobe, thalamus, cerebellar hemisphere, brainstem hemorrhage and basal nucleus hemorrhage was 96.67%(58/60).Conclusion Cranial CT can be used to diagnose cerebral hemorrhage dis-ease,and can determine the location of hemorrhage more accurately.
