Clinical Effect Analysis of Minimally Invasive Hemorrhoid Surgery for Pa-tients with Severe Hemorrhoids
Objective To assess the clinical effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery application in patients with severe hemorrhoids. Methods 118 patients with severe hemorrhoids in Hubei Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were purposefully selected as study objects, and were divided into a control group(59 cases, traditional surgery was given),and an observation group(59 cases, minimally invasive hemorrhoidal surgery was given)by different surgical methods.Surgery-related parameters, anorectal dynamics[rectal resting pressure(RRP),maximum tolerable rectal volume(MTV),maximum systolic pressure in anal canal(MSP)],inflammatory media-tors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and postoperative complica-tions were evaluated between the groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better surgery-related parameters, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Postoperatively,RRP,IL-6,CRP,and TNF-α were lower, and MTV and MSP were higher in the observation group, and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.39%)was lower than that in the control group(15.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.913,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery for patients with severe hemorrhoids can optimize the parameters related to surgery, reduce the release of inflammatory mediators, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complica-tions,and it is not easy to affect the anorectal dynamics, which is clinically relevant.
