目的 探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液联合高浓度玻璃酸钠在老年干眼症患者中的应用价值.方法 目的选取2023年3-12月苏州工业园区星塘医院收治的60例(120眼)干眼症老年患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各30例(60眼).对照组给予0.3%玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予普拉洛芬.比较两组临床疗效、泪膜破裂时间(Tear Film Break Up Time,BUT)、荧光素染色评分(Fluorescent,FL)、泪液分泌实验情况、不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.821,P<0.05).观察组BUT、FL评分、泪液分泌实验结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在老年干眼症患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合高浓度玻璃酸钠滴眼液能够提升总有效率,改善泪膜稳定性,且安全性良好.
Effects of Pranoprofen Eye Drops Combined with High Concentration So-dium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on Symptoms and Tear Film Stability in El-derly Patients with Dry Eye Disease
Objective To explore the application value of pranoprofen eye drops combined with high concentration so-dium hyaluronate in elderly patients with dry eye disease.Methods A total of 60 cases(120 eyes)of elderly patients with dry eye disease admitted to Suzhou Industrial Park Xingtang Hospital from March to December 2023 were pur-posely selected as study objects,and were divided into two groups of 30 cases(60 eyes)each by different treatment modalities.The control group was treated with 0.3%sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group was given prano-profen on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,tear film break up time(BUT),fluorescein staining score(FL),tear secretion experiment,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than that of the control group of 88.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.821,P<0.05).The results of BUT,FL score and tear se-cretion experiment of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of pranoprofen eye drops combined with high concen-tration sodium hyaluronate eye drops in elderly dry eye patients can enhance the overall effective rate,improve tear film stability,and has a good safety profile.
