Clinical Efficacy Studies of Different Dialysis Modalities in Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease in Primary Hospitals
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different dialysis methods in patients with End-stage re-nal disease(ESRD)in primary hospital. Methods A total of 137 ESRD patients admitted to Zijin County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were purposely selected as study objects and divided into Group A(n=39),Group B(n=45),and Group C(n=53)according to different dialysis methods.Group A was dialyzed twice a week,4.5 h/times;Group B was dialyzed twice a week,4 h/times;Group C was dialyzed three times a week,4 h/times.Nutri-tional indexes, inflammatory indexes and complications occurred in the 3 groups were compared. Results After treat-ment,the level of nutritional indicators in the 3 groups was higher than that before treatment, and the level of nutri-tional indicators in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05),while 3 was no statistically significant difference when comparing group A with group C(P>0.05).After treat-ment,the level of inflammatory indexes in the three groups was lower than that before treatment, and the level of in-flammatory indexes in group A was better than that in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference when comparing group A with group C(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in group A(10.26%)were lower than that in group B(28.89%)and group C(30.19%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.241,P<0.05).Conclusion For ESRD patients in primary hospitals, choosing dialysis twice a week at 4.5 h/times has better overall results than dialysis patients on dialysis twice a week at 4 h/times,but comparable treatment outcomes to those on dialysis three times a week at 4 h/times,but dialysis twice a week at 4.5 h/times can reduce the incidence of dialysis complications.
