Clinical Effect of Sodium Butylphthalein Chloride Combined with Sodium Ozagrel on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sodium butylphthalein chloride combined with sodium ozagrel on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huai'an City from May 2021 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to different therapeutic drugs, with 64 patients in each group. The control group was given sodium ozagrel injection, and the study group was given sodium chloride bu-tylphthalein injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, coagulation index and occurrence of ad-verse reactions were compared and observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.31%)was higher than that of the control group(82.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.133,P<0.05).After treatment, the activated partial thrombin time, prothrombin time and international standardized ratio of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the fibrinogen level was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of sodium butylphthalein chloride combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve clinical efficacy, and help to improve coagulation function,at the same time, does not increase the risk of adverse reactions, and has high safety.
