Application Value of Minimally Invasive Single-hole Operation in the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis with Gallstone Disease
Objective To analyze the value of single-hole minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of acute appen-dicitis with gallstone disease. Methods A total of 50 patients with acute appendicitis combined with gallstone disease in Department of Surgery I of Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Tengzhou Workers'Hospital)from May 2019 to May 2022 were non-randomly selected as study objects, and were divided into a single-hole operation group(25 cases)and a three-hole operation group(25 cases)by different surgical methods. The operation,hospitaliza-tion,pain score, laboratory index, and surgical safety were compared between two groups. Results The operation time of the single-hole operation group was longer than that of the three-hole operation group, and the hospitalization and pain scores were better than those of the three-hole operation group, the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and laboratory indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).The complication rate of the single-hole operation group was 0,which was lower than 24.00%of the three-hole operation group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.735,P<0.05).Conclusion The re-sults of different minimally invasive surgical methods in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis with gallstone disease vary greatly, among which the single-hole operation is more complicated, but the prognosis of patients is better, the pain is light.
