Effect and Value of Laparoscopic Combined with Choledochoscopy Chole-cystectomy and Choledocholithotomy in Patients with Cholecystolithiasis Combined with Choledochothiasis
Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy cholecystectomy com-bined with choledocholithotomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis.Methods A total of 120 patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis treated in Yuanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as study objects and di-vided into control group(60 cases,undergoing laparotomy)and observation group(60 cases,undergoing laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy treatment)by different surgical methods.Perioperative indexes,quality of life of gastrointestinal disease,complication rate and stone clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in stone clearance between the ob-servation group and the control group(P>0.05).Perioperative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of gastrointestinal life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(3.33%)was lower than that of control group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.904,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cholecystolithiasis com-bined with choledocholithiasis,laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy cholecystectomy combined with choledo-cholithotomy can improve the impact of the disease on the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
