Analysis of the Effect of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol in the Treatment of Pediatric Capillary Bronchiolitis
Objective To analyze the value of combined treatment of pediatric capillary bronchiolitis with budesonide and salbutamol.Methods This paper retrospectively selected the clinical data of 68 cases of children with capillary bronchiolitis admitted to Guanxian People's Hospital from January to November 2023,and divided them into the refer-ence group and the observation group according to the difference of treatment modes,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with salbutamol,and the two groups were compared in terms of pulmonary function indexes,changes in clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy.Results Lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the reference group,and the disappearance time of symptoms such as cough,lung rales,triple concave sign and wheezing was shorter than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical effi-cacy of the observation group(97.06%)was better than that of the reference group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.610,P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of pe-diatric capillary bronchiolitis can effectively improve the lung function of children,accelerate the recovery of the con-dition,and can enhance the clinical therapeutic effect.
