Clinical Effect of Different Hormone Therapy Regimens on Abnormal Uterine Bleeding in Perimenopausal Women
Objective To analyze the value of different hormone therapy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of eighty-eight patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimeno-pausal period admitted to Shenxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects purposively and were divided into two groups according to different treat-ment method, with forty-four cases in each group. The control group was treated with single norethindrone tablets, and the study group was treated with progesterone capsules on this basis. The endometrial thickness, hemoglobin level, menstrual volume, sex hormone index level, clinical treatment efficiency and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the hemoglobin level in the study group was higher, endometrial thickness and menstrual volume were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the sex hormone index of the two groups was better than that before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).and the effec-tive rate of the study group(97.73%)was lower than that of the control group(77.27%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.838,8.416,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.27%)was lower than that in the control group(13.64%).Conclusion Combined treatment with norethinone tablet and progester-one capsule has better effect, which can help patients effectively improve the status of sex hormone indicators, and has positive significance in reducing endometrial thickness and increasing hemoglobin level, and has high application value.
