Effects of Different Specific Weight Bupivacaine Combined with Lumbar and Epidural Anesthesia on Pain and Stress Response of Pregnant Women during Cesarean Section of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the effects of of different specific weight bupivacaine combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia on pain and stress response of pregnant women during cesarean section of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 66 cases of GDM pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in Linwu County People's Hospi-tal from June 2021 to December 2023 were objectively selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to different specific gravity bupivacaine,33 cases in each group.Group A received lumbar hard anes-thesia with equal specific weight bupivacaine(0.5%bupivacaine),group B received lumbar hard anesthesia with heavy specific weight bupivacaine(0.75%bupivacaine).The postoperative pain, hemodynamic changes and adverse re-actions during anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in post-operative pain scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).At T1,T2 and T3,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of group B were lower than those of group A,and the change amplitude of group B was more obvious, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 6.06%,lower than 12.12%in group B,with no statistical significance(χ2=0.866,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of isospecific bu-pivacaine and epidural anesthesia can effectively control the pain of GDM cesarean section, and also reduce the stress reaction and postoperative adverse reactions.
