Diagnostic Efficacy of Combined Detection of Serum Tumor Markers in the Early Stage of Breast Cancer
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of serum tumor markers in the early stage of breast cancer. Methods A total of 187 suspected breast cancer patients admitted to Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from August 2022 to August 2023 were purposefully selected as the study objects. All patients received serum markers of carcinoembryonic antigen 153(CA153),cancer antigen 125(CA125),and carcinoembry-onic antigen(CEA)combined detection.Pathological examination was used as the gold standard, the diagnostic effi-cacy of serum markers combined with receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was analyzed, and the consistency analysis was performed by Kappa value. Results Among 187 suspected breast cancer patients diagnosed by gold stan-dard,155 cases were confirmed as breast cancer and 32 cases were benign breast disease.Combined detection of se-rum markers showed 154 cases of breast cancer and 33 cases of benign breast disease. The AUC of serum markers combined detection was 0.921,the sensitivity was 96.77%,and the specificity was 87.50%.Consistency analysis showed that Kappa value was 0.832.Conclusion Combined detection of serum tumor markers not only ensures safety and non-invasive,but also has high diagnostic efficacy.
