Effect of Concentrated Growth Factor on Bone Tissue Regeneration and Gingival Repair in Implant Restoration
Objective To explore the effect of concentrated growth factors(CGF)in implant restoration. Methods 98 patients admitted to Chengxian People's Hospital for implant restorations from June 2022 to December 2023 were pur-posefully selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the study group and the reference group according to whether added CGF or not, each with 49 cases.Surgical implant restoration was performed in both groups, and Bio-oss bone powder was used in the restoration process in the reference group, while CGF and Bio-oss bone powder mix-ture was used in the restoration process in the study group. The peri-implant gingival tissue condition, bone density, complications, and oral health were compared between the two groups. Results Postoperatively, the peri-implant gingi-val condition improved in both groups, and the study group was better than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The bone density of study group was higher than the reference group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared of complications between the two groups(7.50%vs 12.50%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.178,P>0.05).Postoperatively,the oral health impact scale scores of patients in both groups were lower than preoperatively, and the study group was lower than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical addition of CGF in oral implant restora-tion can significantly increase bone density, gingival restoration effect is better, can improve the oral health status of patients, and safety is good.
