Curative Effect of Yinchen Wuling Powder Combined with Kuhuang Injec-tion on Acute Hepatitis Jaundice
Objective To analyze the effect of Yinchen Wuling powder combined with Kuhuang injection in the treat-ment of acute hepatitis jaundice.Methods A total of 122 patients with acute hepatitis jaundice treated in Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to July 2023 were purposefully se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by treatment,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yinchen Wuling powder,and the observation group was treated with Kuhuang injection on this basis.The liver function level,symptom severity and curative effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in liver function between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the liver function level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of abdominal distension and other symptoms between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(98.36%)was higher than that of the control group(85.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.338,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute hepatitis jaundice,Yinchen Wuling powder combined with Kuhuang in-jection has significant therapeutic effect.
